I would probably swap faster attacks for PPAD in tornadoshot. I would also use boots with 80% chance to avoid stun enchant or save for skyforth. Lastly, I would drop atziris promise for diamond flask and wise oak for taste of hate. these changes will improve your build A LOT.

I'm not a huge of windripper as its hard to push damage out of it without a support and the single target is very lackluster. Windripper would require dropping all the conversion/physical damage and solely going crit/flat ele/wed focus which is much less damage in the end. I don't really think the rarity ripper adds is worth the massive downside.

i got a gg harby now and signalfire. what gemsetup with tornadoshot ?

Have this and i know it's not the best but i have only 4k dps? what am i doing wrong?

Link your tree your character sheet isn't open so I can't check. Currently I can see that your bow is on the low end of dps. Also I don't see any auras or charge generation in your gear.
