[2.6] Quillshot CI TS Chain+Fork | Fast Mapping + Bossing | Full 360° Arrow coverage | Videos!

This is an overview of my current Legacy build. This build is pretty much as fast as possible, utilizing biscos and item quant, without really sacrificing the single target of the signal shot build.Combining tornado shot with chain and fork make the clear a dream with hundreds of arrows shooting all across the screen with enemies dieing no matter where you shoot. My current gear costs about 1000ex but a budget of 50ex will yield similar results.

Strand run with NO jewels, rings, or headhunter + using 329dps Rotc and using fork + chain in my TS rather than using rigwalds

ADDED MINOTAUR DELETION WITH BISCOS

BUDGET SETUP IN FAQ - MY FRIEND WILL BE POSTING VIDEOS AND HIS GEAR WHILE USING BUDGET SETUP

Breaches and double beyond are a total joke, even in 40 pack, fully sextanted, double beyond, triple breach shaped courts, as firing anywhere on your screen will full clear anything due to the nature of TS with chain + fork. Guardians are still a joke as I recently killed a phoenix with my current gear setup in a couple seconds.

This is a HIGH budget build but can 100% be played with gear below my level. This just requires some different tree pathing, links, and gear choices.

Pros:
Spoiler

-Insane mapping speed
-Strong bossing
-Easy to clear efficiently with
-flexible tree + gear options
-Super fun
-Carry content in parties with ease

Cons:
Spoiler

-Single target not quite as strong as signal shot
-High cost
-Low es pool without GG gear
-Requires diligent flask mechanics without legacy vinktars
-Makes other builds feel bad

Currently this character is level 95 but I made it a few days ago and hit 100 with a similar
character earlier in Legacy League. If looking to make a budget version check the bottom of the page and PM your gear/budget to see if I can figure something out ;)

One key thing to note is that I do not full cap my res they are around 90-110% across the board and I feel comfortable doing this due to having triple elemental flasks and being a pathfinder. My last 100 char was over 50 res under capped across the board! It is totally viable and OK to be under capped just know that your flask management and micro will be extremely important then. Biggest thing is to be ele capped with flasks up in an ele weakness map.

I would say this build is the strongest combination of clear speed, boss killing, QoL, looting, flexibility, and gear choices out of any build in the game.

Pathfinder?
Spoiler

PF is the only option as the extra max res gained allows us to survive reflect also the class is bonkers and we all already know why ;). Take the good points - ms/as, vetern bowyer, ele immunity etc

ALTERNATE PASSIVE TREE WITH HELLA JEWELS

PASSIVE TREE WITH LEGACY VINKTARS

ALTERNATIVE PASSIVE WITH JEWELS 4 DAYS LEG VINK MEGA VERSION

PASSIVE TREE WITHOUT LEGACY VINKTARS
Spoiler

Same tree as above but take vaal pact. If you feel uncomfortable without additional leech outside of vinktars pickup either duelist leech, shadow claw wheel and convert with lioneye's vision jewel, or shadow mana/life leech utilizing jewel node for inspired learning. Level 1 warlords mark on cwdt is also useful.

Bandits:
Spoiler

For bandits go for res/point + AS/point + frenzy/power - (frenzy if using rotc power if rare bow)

Conversion:
Spoiler

We fully convert to elemental damage using two physical to lightning gems, a 20% physical to lightning conversion vinktars, and one 20% physical to cold conversion node. This gives us 100% conversion to cold and lightning damage with flasks up.

Gear Choices:
This build is heavily gear reliant and cannot be played without some core items.
Helmet:
Spoiler

+2 TS projectile is preferred here for the clear speed but +2 barrage can be used if you already have one. Helmet enchant is VERY important to build and adds a lot of power. Look for 400+ es and at least dual res in this slot if possible. Accuracy is a nice bonus but easier to get in another gear slot.

Body:

Spoiler

800+ ES regalia with preferably dual res or higher. This is the bulk of your ES so don
't settle with a sub 800 es regalia.
Gloves:
Spoiler

250+ ES with accuracy and attack speed or a res

Boots:
Spoiler

Skyforth is the obvious choice here but can be replaced with high es boots with the 80% chance to avoid being stunned if killed recently combined with blue dream (jewel that grants power charge on kill place next to vaal pact) and possibly heart of oak (20% stun avoidance at ranger start)

The enchant is totally personal preference I just like MS for the clear speed

Another option is to use death's door to open up another flask slot. I don't like doing this because it means having to pickup enough crit to drop diamond flask and losing skyforths is a pain. 80% avoid stun the choice here.
Bow:
Spoiler

Double legacy reach of the council is the best value here with Kraken Guide being your Legacy BiS mirror bow.

Quiver:
Spoiler

+1 arrowrigwald's quills is the choice here for the fork and additional arrow. Signal shot can be used in this slot if you place fork in your TS 6l.

Belt:
Spoiler

Headhunter or hysteria crystal belt with ES, WED, flask mod, and res

Rings:
Spoiler

High WED, flat phys, flat ele, %es, and some res. Opal is the best base with steel being a close second.

Amulet:
Spoiler

Bisco's for all content except for bossing. Swap to rare ammy or talisman when needed.

Jewels:
Spoiler

Flask:
Spoiler

Flasks are set in stone I would never change any part.

My gear:

Tornado shot:
Rare bow: TS + chain + gmp + wed + phys2light + item quant/innervate/icd/ppad/faster attacks
Rare bow w/ signal fire: TS + chain + fork + gmp + wed + phys2light
ROTC: TS + chain + wed + phys2light + PPAD + crit strikes
TS (using signalfire + conversion vink): TS+ chain + fork + GMP/Crit strikes (GMP for rare crit for rotc) + WED + PPAD

Barrage: Barrage + wed + phys2light + PPAD + slower proj + ele focus
Barrage (using signal fire + conversion vinktars): barrage + WED + ele focus + PPAD + slower proj + crit strikes/added fire/crit multi

Auras: Link dis and hatred with enlighten 4 with one aura cluster (influence if enlighten 4 or charisma with enlighten 3)

Rest of gem links are personal preference. CWDT - IC - Warlords, portal, blink arrow, vaal haste, ice golem are all good choices

FAQ:
Do I need a mirrored bow?
No - use dlb leg ROTC

Do I need HH?
no

Do I need skyforth?
no - use blue dream + 80% stun avoidance boots and heart of oak if ur poosay

What is best budget/value setup?
Buy double legacy rotc/death's opus, 80% stun avoidance boots, blue dream, 300es +2 ts proj helmet, rigwalds quills, 800es 6l regalia, 200 es gloves, and then whatever works for rest of gear.

Do I need +2 helmet and +1 arrow quiver?
technically no but the build is much weaker without

Do I need legacy vinktars or toh?
No on both - just make sure to alter tree to use non-leg vinktars

Can I use "x" gem instead of "x" gem?
Sure give it a try and let me know how it works - I am always tweaking my build

Please feel free to PM me in game at "downhill" or reply to this post with any questions concerning the build!

Nice build , but its basically the same mechanics as what Fyndel (showcasing CoolMeat) had posted weeks ago with a cheaper version of this build.
At least give the guy some credit :p

I've seen the guide once I don't think simply using a similar mechanic justifies citing a guide I haven't read
what do i replace in ts with fork when i use signalshot ?

Depending on what you use, faster attacks/physical projectile attack damage
"

For rotc use: ts-chain-fork-crit strikes-wed-phys2light
thx for the fast replay.

can i still use inspired learning if i dotn have leg. vinktars ? cause of the passive tree

I'm sure you can but you will have to find enough points to fit in the 4 notables at the shadow jewel. It actually is kinda nice when you don't have leg vink because you can get .4 life/mana attack leech. It is just point heavy and will cost you somewhere else on the tree.
You can use a Death's Opus for this build if you are unable to find anything better. Was able to clear Chimera while using one along with some IIQ pieces. Getting a higher pdps bow would definitely help though.
