TBH, I haven't tackled it yet. The 60% chance to poison alone is a pretty big hit I wasn't counting on coming into play, along with the mega ES nerf to items. This build was a finely tuned machine that propped itself up with a number of mechanics.
Could it survive the double dip nerf? Yes.
Could it survive the VP/vinktar nerf? Absolutely.
Could it survive the 100%->60% poison-on-hit nerf along with 20% less ES on gear? I'm not sure :\
