As you made this build, I want to know what can I change for making my "budget version" better.

PS: I can run T15 maps without problems, sometimes bosses with a lot of mods can be annoying, but the guardians are hard (I know is about skills, but requires more skill than other builds XD)

respec'd a level 80 into wander and did things

Please check the gemlinks... There is a shield in the 6-link... and there is an increased crit damage in your spell totem setup... please correct it :-)

Why there is only 5 gems shown for KB and 2 slower proj. for Barrage?? I'm confused.
