Any way these boots would work? http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Windscream With these boots we could use flammability or ele weakness instead of fire pen on the weapon. We do lose some life, move speed, spell dodge and evasion. We gain some ele DMG l, lots of pen, some armor, and all res which allows you to use a the life ring base to get some life back. Sounds it could work although 15% movement speed is quite low.
