They do have 40 int in the radius. The 40 int just need to be within the radius, they do not need to be chosen (you do not need to spend points on them!).

Bit of a newb question but if you were to do this build in SC do you think you'd spec out the passive tree all that differently, or would you basically do the same thing?

So what's the fav spectre on this build? I assume the normal flamethrowers from Solaris Temple?

Very nice guide, just started playing HC a week ago and wanted something cheap and tanky. Also never played Necro summoner before so I decided to give it a try. So far i've reached 87 lvl, running maps up to t10 (didn't get any t11+ yet) and started farming Uber Lab today. Sitting on 4.7k life + 7.3k ES with 1070 Strength, feels pretty safe and comfortable. I don't use Eldritch Battery, though, and my items + gems are slightly different.
