Yes Im sure. Arc and double attack speed doesnt provide 4 power charges for each Discharge simply because romiras doesnt grant power charges per each skill hit but rather per each skill cast. Therefore with Arc and double cyclone APS you have: 1 power charge from last Discharge, 1 power charge from last Arc and 1 power charge from initial cyclone hit. So 3 in total not 4. With Discharge alone you will have 2 PCs in total.

-previous discharge
-cyclone hit triggering arc
-arc
-cyclone hit triggering discharge

You cant have an initial cyclone hit

Unless something has changed behind the scenes thats incorrect. Cyclone hits twice per aps, the first hit is what I call "initial hit". Romiras grant power charges per each skill cast not per each skill hit - try it yourself - cast firestorm above mobs head and see how many power charges you get per entire firestorm duration. Same goes for every ingame skill, cyclone is no exception. The reason you see sometimes different number of power charges is because of not procing discharge from time to time due to accuracy reasons, cooldown reasons or just being out of target range.

Good to know, so both hits can proc mjölner, but not romiras?
Guess i was wrong then, you're more of an expert on deep mechanics.

I'm just experimenting right now and not yet on a final gem setup..
Somehow i want to work in wave of conviction on cast when damage taken.

Could eighter drop the curse like i have now then its easy, or use it instead of blade vortex which could be worth it in combination with a fire damage to spells jewel, as there are not enough gem slots for added fire.

Didn't find the vortex to go over 1-2 stacks very often, feels kind of like a waste.
I was able to snag a +1 curse voll devotion.

I was wondering which curse would you guys suggest as a 2nd curse. Right now I am leaning towards Temp chains

Personally I use Enfeeble and Elemental Weakness

just a question on curses

if i have curse on hit / Enfeeble and i also have a Romira's with a lv 23 Conductivity skill on it

which curse works first and or do they cancel each other out ?

how exactly does the mechanics work on those ?

If I understand what you are asking.. that conductivity curse is self cast not cast on hit. Hypothetically if you are casting two curses without 1 additional curse off passive tree or an item the later curse will overwrite the first.

What would i benefit the most from, a devoto's with 40% discharge damage, or a devoto's with +1 power charge?
