Hi is their a way to link our account with the New Xbox Version!? Like PC can Link with Steam

For Example;
PC i have
-Survivor Pack and Prophecy Pack ++ Multiple Micros...
and now the Xbox version is out i Purchased
-the Abyssal Lich Support Pack ++ some Micros

so we can have access to all our old packs

GGG are working on Microsoft account integration for the forums.

They expect it to be done sometime this year, but I haven't seen a more specific ETA.

So do you propose GGG hand Microsoft a 30% cut of transactions that took place years ago before they had even started thinking about an Xbox One port? Because if Microsoft / Sony don't get a cut, then the console owner isn't credited with a purchase on the Xbox One / Playstation 4.

That is why companies are interested in consoles - they get a cut of literally every transaction.

This is done through the Steam version of Path of Exile.

To buy through steam you need to activate steam overlay and then make the purchases. It is at settings in game I think.

It is now possible to add an e-mail address to a Path of Exile account created through Steam without needing to ask Support to do it for you. I've updated the guide to reflect this. While I was at it, I reworked the questions to make the information more accessible and cut some of the waffle. It could probably be shortened further, but at least it's a step in the right direction.
