yup. SR itself can't force EE to swap, so you just need to hit the target once every 5 seconds or so to keep EE applied (not that you need it against everything, it's mostly just a boss/rare-killer thing). Since SR also can't crit, might as well use something to try to proc EO for it, OOS handles both at the same time and just takes a split second to cast once every 10~ish seconds.

Just to make sure, Pendulum of Destruction's elemental damage boost works with SR right? Because it's been hard for me to notice on my character if it does or not.
