Thena Moga unbalanced with faster mod

I got hit by a viper strike in a full eva char ( literally no armour at all ), I did let her hit me to see the damage, and ... I'd say about 1500 damage for one hit from the main hand ( so not the shield charge ), in a promenade I think so t9.

She is fast, but if you are moving around and not standing still, there is little change to get actually hit by the shield charge usually, as it's just a straigth line.
