Nice to see someoneelse operating into a comparable direction, even though some of your choices are quite different. LA is the obvious choice for a lightning-conversion-build and even though it's still a great aoe-attack, i've not chosen it for a good reason. Rapid clearspeed as a bow-character can be achieved with quite a few skills nowadays, but LA is offering nothing at all to the more challenging stuff at the current content. Smaller packs of "half-bosses" like at chimera, uber-trio or a quick transition from aoe to single-target, like at shaper or hydra, can be handled with tornado shot just a lot better. Plus barrage isn't benefting from it's conversion as well, so you don't have close to 100% conversion where it's needed the most.

But - of course - it's an option as well and i completely believe you about carrying at t16. Like i already said above: The damage-scaling is immense.
Hm u are right with barrage:) didnt know how i can boost it now i c need new quiver+ vinktar:) but still LA nr 1 for trash mobs:) ty!

Yes, - should boost your single-target-dps a lot.

Added a video, but please don't expect a piece of art. It's my first ever video and quite functional. Content: Some t16 trash, all 4 guardians, shaper and a quick overview of my character: https://youtu.be/1tGXiNupaxY

Plus i took out the variation-part for now, will re-work it at some point and relaunch it.

Seems like the upcoming legacy league suits the build a lot. - Build around league-specific the retch and benefting a lot from different legacy uniques. I'll play it for sure and will be updating the build as soon as the new skill-tree will be published. May actually boost the build as well, because they announced "improvements to unpopular clusters on the passive tree, more support for cold and elemental builds near the Ranger on the passive tree".
Added an alternative passive-tree for playing without legacy Vessel of Vinktar.

Might be quite useful for temp. leagues.
Quite a few 2.6-changes probably affecting the build. Most likely it will be a significant buff for the build, which was'nt needed, but it's welcome of course. I'll post a new passive tree, as soon as it's released.

Here the changes that may effect the build:

Improvements to the Passive Tree
Various improvements to specific clusters and the locations of passives have been made, making areas which weren't taken frequently more efficient, and opening up some new options for builds.
  • A new weapon elemental damage cluster has been added to the passive tree near the Ranger. This now allows for dexterity aligned characters who specialise in elemental attack skills to invest more of their points into damage.
  • The area between the Shadow and the Ranger has been made more efficient and less restrictive, while also improving the efficiency of clusters in that section of the tree.
  • The Vitality Void and Spirit Void cluster near the Duelist starting area that grants life and mana leech to attack damage has been rearranged, and is now also attached to the outside perimeter path.
  • The Master Fletcher bow cluster between the Ranger and the Duelist has been removed, and the Avatar of the Hunt cluster has been moved to its old location.
  • Leech effects in the Shadow area of the tree now leech from all attack damage, not just physical attack damage.
  • The lightning clusters Arcing Blows and Crackling Speed have been combined, and Arcing Speed has been improved.
  • Master of Force, the physical cluster in the Scion area and Ash, Frost and Storm, the elemental cluster in the Scion area now grant a small value of reduced reflect damage taken of their type.
  • Many other changes have been made to pathing, positioning, and values to improve underused passive skills.

Damn, this is really impresive bro.

Im gonna stay here seeing the changes in 2.6 and probably start with this in the next league. It's just insane lol.

Came here to ask about a 2.6 guide update, but i see your post about it. ;)

League starter / end game viable?

Edit: Ranger/Pathfinder viable?

I'll update it for 2.6 next week, as soon as the new tree is launched. Plus a short-guide of my approach for the legacy league. - So, yes temp-league-viable for sure.

But no, sorry, not viable for pathfinder. Endless Hunger (asc-node of slayer) is needed for the synergy to work.
