Websites selling currency and spamming in game? Pretty annoying spam.
Well, my guess (actually my wish) is that monsters will only drop items that can be equipped or carried by them, animals will only drop currency for example. Enemies will appear using unique items before it drops ( like Titan Quest i guess ).
1. No repeat storylines. After normal you revisit zones but retain all of the waypoint knowledge. The quests do not repeat from the first time through. Instead you get a randomized monster (similar to maps) in each "zone" or couple of zones for the "boss" fight. It turns the nightmare into more of a map experience with the old layouts and new challenges.

2. After completing certain levels or difficulties, you can start an Alt at that level. No skill points assigned and no gear but obviously has access to your stash.

3. Loot scaling. No more white or blue items but there is a mechanic in town who can turn a rare into a blue while retaining one property from the rare. That item can then be crafted as normal. Ideally a scouring orb would even leave that property in place. (yeah more power creep)

Leveling is repetitive on ARPGs in general so maybe a dynamic quest system that changes how lvling works, on XBOX trailer there was a new NPC on act1 town so something like that. Also dualwielding shields ffs.
Player resistance penalties will now scale with level, as opposed to scaling based on difficulty.

I'll make sure I spend that mirror on some fun builds.

Characters who die in 3.0 are reborn as Jason Statham! Jason is of course fully voiced with different wry one-liners for killing each boss and new NPC dialogue to reflect that you are no longer a mere exile, but world-famous action movie star, Jason Statham. This solves the critical ARPG problem where no ARPGs have sufficient quantities of Jason Statham. Until now.

Jason will be released alongside the new "Literally become Vin Diesel" Scion Ascendancy class so that you and your friends can re-enact the events of The Fast and the Furious 7 on your new high-performance Rhoa mounts.
