Why does the HUD have pictures of girls in chains?

I know this game was somewhat modeled on older games made by and for male virgins but I think we've come a long way since then, can we at least have the option to have them replaced with guys in chains?

EDIT: I think I'm getting a negative response by the virgin comment, I'd like to clarify that although diablo 2 was a game made for male virgins, path of exile is made for people who have lots of sex all the time, sorry for the confusion
