The Brittle Emperor (a.k.a. "why the fuck would you give a boss Life Regeneration?")

I can't kill this guy. I tried. I give up.
whatever damage I deal he just regens it all back when I start dodging his heavy attacks.
and those chaos degen pools certainly don't help keep the pressure on him (not sure if that had anything to do with him being Corrupted)...

why would you add bosses like him or Gravicius from Colonnade?

To kill you. Now beat him instead and enjoy the game.

sounds like you are not dealing enough damage. post your items and passives so people can take a look in order to be able to help you better.

sorry to break it to you- but poe is much of a dps/gear check at high tier maps. at this point either you trade for higher gear or reroll.

This guy used to have insane regen in the past, but now it goes down like a sack of potatoes on most builds - provided ouy have the DPS check. Sadly, tactics wont help you here. Its a pure numbers game.

If you currently have problems with him, then don't even try T13 High Gardens - that one has like 5x more heal and 5x more degen from her beams.

Crud, I answered a question with a question; I had best correct that.

There are multiple regen bosses in one form or another, another that comes to mind quickly is shalizzang or w/e from Terrace map. This is so the 'content' isn't walked over as the game progresses. If you can't beat a lower tier regen boss; well, then, you're not ready for endgame baddies.

On a side note; if you think regen bosses are hard, try facing peeps instead of A.I.

the only reason there is whining is the lack of T value from skills.

Well despite many tools against regeneration, it is also Consecrated Ground that causes it, which he can be pulled out of.
