That dupe was fixed like 1.5 years ago. Unless you found a new way to dupe, the video isn't helpful. And it didn't even show how to dupe. It showed how dupes get deleted on the server. Are you saying you duped the item and then put an mtx on the dupe hoping to keep it?

Somebody already mentioned to check all your crafting benches or use acquisition. Acquisition is the easy way because it will check your benches for you. Your video checking your characters on the website doesn't show what is in each characters crafting benches.

If GGG tells you it's in your Vorici crafting bench on character X, will you thank them for checking in a place you could have checked yourself? You still haven't said you checked your benches on each character.
