Yea you should aim for 90% hit chance if you can. Gloves will help a lot and will be cheaper than upgrading rings.

Gems look better, take out Item Rarity Support since that only works if you kill an enemy with the skill it's linked to (unless I'm mistaken). Then your curse on hit isn't linked with anything so you aren't casting projectile weakness. You could do something like this:

Projectile Weakness - Enhance - Blood Rage

Then maybe setup your offhand/boots for another vaal like Vaal Lightning Trap, Vaal Discipline, Vaal Grace? I don't mind manually casting the curse and blood rage, but just don't have too many skills for your tooltip. How is your mana reservation right now?

My hideout dps is 46k on Barrage and 35,5k on kinetic blast, seem kinda low? Where is the problem?
What should be changed on passive tree or what equipment needs an upgrade. Looking forward for any help.

your dps is fine, most of the screens for build are fake with aura bots and some insane buffs like headhunter so dont belive in everthing u see in forums

That's not low, if you're at max frenzy your tooltip should reach 200k with vaal haste & power charges so that's not "low".
