Remember COE + Low Life doesn't work anymore as it is a "more" multiplier.

Also, no your ES would be awfully low.

i bought the weapon for 50c and multimodded it for 2ex, so its 3ex total

and the jewels are 5-40c, depending on stats

Hey, how you deal with stuns? Can I start League with this build? Did you tried non-crit version? Will you shatter-chain mobs if you will use HoI instead of HoT? How it's gonna work with Blade Flurry?

1. you never stop spinning :D actually with cyclone mechanics, if u spin into a stone or somthing, u will probably die.

2. attack builds are ususally not that great of a league starter

3. i did non crit, my dmg was like 1/3 of the crit version

4. ya, only reason i am not using hoi is because my pc cant handle it :D

5. it works fine, but inquisitor will do more dmg

It's a shame they wreck Cyclone aoe in the new patch. I'd love to play the build in 2.6

I just came upon this build, and was thinking about trying it in 2.6... Before the AOE nerf change. How big of impact will that have overall do you think?
