Dude, this build is a beast, I was able to do shaper's whole third phase with a friend waiting inside the map, I can say this build doesn't need any specific flasks to kill anything, also, I did shaper's first phase without flasks faster than minotaur without mods.

here is my gear and passive as a lvl 92, got 164%+ res, dps 13.2k with inc aoe lvl19 and 21k with conc on hideout, 1174 int and 382 dex, 10.8k ES :)

I took Trickery instead of Crackling speed, counting from elemental focus, it has an average damage of 14% against 11ish%, also, 2 nodes are better than 4 when you're not aiming for 100, it gives 10 int also, which imo is way more usefull than Crackling Speed. (plz don't hate me)

I've followed the tree and changed to CI at lvl 68, this was my build at 67, I had poor life (around 2k) but deleting everything on my way, when you get the life leech you only die to hitkill mostly.

Used whirling blades with blood magic gem cuz mana was a problem, until i take vaal pact I took some life regen nodes so I wouldn't get to mobs with half life (3) and die, you can just respec them when you get vaal pact and put more life until you get CI.

All those HoWa builds :) Just out of curiosity - any knows what is planned to do with breach content in next league? Will it be implemnted as core ( like essence )?

Splendour's max ES is 676 and the cheapest 6L is 11ex
imo, I prefer a regalia with some res (not required, depends on your gear, mostly on your rings) and int, cuz int is your raw damage and gives you more ES (1% ES per 5 int).

So, with the same 11ex you can buy a 800+ ES and some res or/and int, or 1 or 2 res with a free sulfix to craft int, I was going to craft dex on mine, but I crafted res so I could craft int on my helm, also, paid 400c on it 2 weeks ago, cheaper than Splendours 6L.

Maybe skin of the loyal (15c+) or skin of the lords with a node like ghost reaver (300c, and you get 3 free passive points) is better, but I'm too lazy to test it myself, you would still need great ES helm/gloves/boots, if I got how it works, you would lose around 1-2k ES against a 800ES armour.
