Wired Lag problems in Singapore realm

Same problem here. Singapore severs have literally gone to shit, and the only reply i got from emailing GGG, was this, (TLDR Version) : "It doesnt matter if you have 900MBPS up and down on speedtest.net, with zero packet loss, LOL XD, please run this programme and send us the results"..
Most helpful email reply i ever got in my life.

Yea keeps lagging, wish i could play without dying to lag

I'm on singtel too and it was playable at around 85-90ms until today.

The moment i logged in, it was 300, occasionally spiking up to 2000.

Really hope GGG can look into this.

Help having this problem as well

bumping this, having this issue, as along with my guild mates.

SG Server has performance problems since last league already. I contacted the Support and wrote with them over a period of 3 weeks, but nothing has been done (have wrote them again this league but didn't even get a reply since 5 days). I suspect GGG isn't even reading this forum and they just ignore the problems since several months.

I think this might be Singtel's problem im getting packet loss when redirected to Telstra which is partnered with Singtel.

why are you guys using singapore gateway? japan gateway has always been better.

Because im from Singapore and once upon a time Singapore server was stable at ~5ms for a whole league. Better to raise the issue than avoid it seeing that GGG takes community feedback mnore seriously than most companies.

Latency for me is usually 15 but has increased to 100ms recently.
The game is still playable but very annoying with the stuttering movements.
