Wired Lag problems in Singapore realm

I have no idea why the latency booted from 16 ms to 250+ ms when I am mapping and even in hideout . I have been solved the lag problem in hideout (I reclaim a new hideout and it worked) .But still have problem in map running in the zana map device in hideout. (But that is no any lag problem when I mapping in the eternal laboratory. What should I do next?

+1 the ping has been ridiculous the past few days.

This image is a comparison for ggg servers vs valve servers. I can play any steam game normally without any issues ex: csgo/dota2
I am pretty sure that there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. This issue has started around the monday/tuesday update.

The same with me, everything is fine in town with 15-16 ms constant but once I enter any map including my hideout, it spiked up to 250 ms, it however was constant 250 - 251 ms. It's still unplayable though.

Edit: Hideout seem to be at the 15-16 ms now, only in other areas would it spike

Yup this started after the have a restart. Somehow the game is connecting us to US or other realm.

Having the same issues. Even having tracert to sg gateway, the below 2 always shows delayed/drop packets

I agree, I've been having this issue too. using singtel, is anyone else having this problem but not using singtel? certain areas give me 9ms but areas like my hideout often give me 250ms and majority of maps give me the same ping. Hopefully GGG responds soon.

Still no update? Ping is getting really bad.
