Singapore Gateway Unstable

This has been posted over and over again. They don't really care about us it seems, since we are a small player base.

Got kicked out again..Tried other gateway, seems its only happening to Singapore gateway. already loss like 5 shaper sets so far, all portals gone upon login.............

Not sure if this has something to do with - but recently there were a couple of outages of submarine cables in the asian area:

Especially since many say they got problems since 4th of january, which was when another cable went down.
Maybe the path to the PoE servers are not dirctly affected, but maybe there are currently due to the outages many links in that area oversubscribed (due to re-routing other traffic), resulting in a poor latency. Another thing to consider - Tuesday is Microsoft patchday, and windows 10 behaves like s**t when updating itself - it grabs all available bandwidth.
