Hideout also seem to be at the 15-16 ms now, only in other areas would it spike

I second this, having high ping in Singapore server since 18 hours ago. Usually 15ms.

well, time for a break, pretty much same issue, usual 37ms skyrocket to 280ms avg since 4th Jan. using Singtel anyway ... Rubber banding out of a potential death was funny tho :3...

yup seems to be stinktel's issue...thankfully got my 36 challenges before this unplayable shit started.

i found out that different instances had totally different latencies. Some instances my latency could be at 15-17ms. At another it would spike to 250ms. It almost felt like in some instances i would be in the singapore server, while some other times i would be in a totally different server, even though it still shows that i am in the singapore realm. I tested this by simply recreating new instances over and over again.

Bump, it has been a few days and the issue is clearly not getting resolved, is GGG going to stand by and not address its SG players...

Guys found a temporary solution, use battleping, and its free(it says it will disconnect you every 20mins but it doesn't seem to be the case, for PoE at least).
