Singapore Gateway Unstable

I used to get 6ms-7ms before this expansion, now its either 6ms-7ms, 40ms-70ms, or 90ms-120ms. Seems the SG servers are unstable, just awhile ago, I got 300+ms at random zones and now even my hideout.
Kindly address the issue...

Edit 2: As of 8.06pm gmt+8 I restarted and reset my internet hardware from my end and called the isp to restart from their end as well, issue persists, getting 7ms-9ms / 250ms-300ms just by creating new instances. (all instances states they are on the singapore gateway.)

Edit 3:Tried other gateways and I am able to get stable ping but at around 300+ms.

Edit 4: Did another winMTR http://pastebin.com/3uvH3QDv and as usual the packet loss is always from po1.fcr01.sr03.sng01.networklayer.com(174.133.118.131). Did the test from my hideout which is getting 250+ms from sg gateway, while I have 6ms in highgate.

Edit 6: This time I did the winMTR from the affected zone, dried lake(161.202.203.221 ip is from client.txt when I enter the zone). It seems there are weird routes that is causing the high latency http://pastebin.com/a9mJAYpr, and I can confirm this issue has been around since the launch of this expansion, but was rare, until now.

Experiencing this as well, my latency switches from normal latency of 5ms to 200+ms when I switch between different zones.

Having same issue today, usually 5-10ms but 240ms on singapore server.

Aye, will have to echo this. Singapore realm seems to be rather unstable today / recently.

The same with me, everything is fine in town with 15-16 ms constant but once I enter any map including my hideout, it spiked up to 250 ms, it however was constant 250 - 251 ms. It's still unplayable though.

are you guys using singtel? i have this issue and im using singtel, but my friends with other ISPs like viewqwest or myrepublic seem to have silky smooth connections.

To all the "me to" people...stop, run WinMTR like the OP

The OP has NO server problem, his latency spikes are starting at the first hop (his router) at 180ms
The second hop onwards are in the high hundreds, well before the server
