Assorted Mechanics questions

1) What does the Necromancer passive "Beacon of Corruption" scale with (besides minion life and damage)?

2) Does the above passive work with mirror/blink arrow?

3) Recommended stats/level to attempt uber lab?

1. It's treated as a minion skill, so anything that affects 'chaos AoE' damage that your minions do will affect it, which is pretty much minion damage, compatible support gems, some shield bonuses with necroaegis and a few bonuses that affect allies.

2. Yes.

3. Most players attempt it at levels 80-85, though some do it earlier if their build is good and final two points are essential to finish it. Recommended stats vary based on build and player skill, but if you pick an easy day to run it and don't mess up Izaro encounters having just 4,5k life with no mitigation is enough not to get oneshot, which makes it doable.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

1) When does the lab reset?

2) Is there a way to figure out where Argus will spawn (without having to explore every corner of the lab)?

3) Is the uber lab worth running if your character is not optimized to farm it (ignoring the +2 ascension points)? Especially in regard to getting map drops.

2. Not really, but you can see his location on poelab and searching one area isn't too hard.

3. If you can do it reasonably fast with that char it's still worth it on a good day.

1) Is there a way to know which treasure chest in Izaro's room contains the 2 bonus keys/specific drop types.

2) Assuming you kill Argus + complete both challenges, you end up with 4 keys, is there a way to get more?

3) Some rooms have locked doors but no noticeable levers to open them, how do I open these. (The door name is definitely locked door and not silver/gold door).
1) No.

2) The "Curious Lockbox" silver chest contains another, but it doesn't spawn that often.

3) IIRC these may also have breakable walls nearby to access the room. Alternatively, the lever may not be that close.

1) Whats the purpose of vaal breach? I guess you can use to generate monsters for leech, and other skill proc effects. Also doubles your breach ring stats.
Still doesn't seem that good?

2) Does High Gardens (T13) simply suck layout wise? Ive never seen any sort of monster density out of that place.

3) Do totems benefit from spell bonuses (cast speed/damage etc.)? By that, I mean the default damaging totems (Flame and shockwave) and not a skill supported by the totem gem. Wiki seems to have no info for this.

You pretty much captured the main benefits. There are also some large Clasped Hands that you can see out in the world without opening any breaches; using Vaal Breach lets you access and open them.

Currently, for all skills in the game, if it has the Spell tag and a damage range listed in the skill description, then it deals Spell Damage. This is true of Flame and Shockwave Totem.

(in case you haven't learned it already, Totems use your offensive stats, not their own, so cast speed and spell damage that you gain will benefit those Totems as well as any Spell that can be supported by Spell Totem).

Not only leech, also on-kill effects, flask charges, targets to prolif from etc. It can be very good if you're built around it.

Round 5, begin!

1) Since map bosses have a chance to drop higher level maps, does this mean that maps with multiple bosses are better for getting map drops?

2) What affects the chance for beyond mobs to spawn? (aside from running "double beyond" map mods) ie. If I want to spawn as many beyond unique bosses as possible, what should I do?

3) Item Quantity vs Pack Size, which is more important to roll?
ie. Map with high quantity + low pack size vs Map with low quantity + high pack size.
Assuming you have at least a roll of each modifier.
