[2.6] CI HoWA ST - Uber / Shaper / Guardians Down - Budget Friendly?

Guys I'm following the build. Just one thing that isn't clear: which are the best in slot jewels? What should we be aiming for? (i mean rare jewels, the ones that we don't need to put the converting to intelligence thing)

the ones with lightning damage & attack speed.

I made this build, thinking it would be easyer than the ice whisperer build i played. Clearspeed in maps is alot faster, but i'm really struggling with tanking bosses and leeching. I tried doing uber lab 4 times now and izaro destroys me, even if i avoid the big hits, i simply cant heal/leech myself full again.
I have 8.8k es and 24.5k (with golem/wrath), maybe my attack speed isnt fast enough? My attack speed is 123% (3.57). Do u really need a vinktar flask to make this build viable for endgame?

Vinktar's is very very useful for this build. But you don't need it for Izaro. There is a lot of room for improvement on your gear. Besides the flask you need a 6L armour and shaper's touch. Your chance to hit must be pretty low now.

Also you need more levels. Your tree is not optimal. You don't have EO and you take unnatural calm instead of deep wisdom+arcane focus. There are lots of trees posted here that are better than this.

I've also made the tri-curse whisperer. This build is a lot better in boss killing, clear speed and fun. No comparison. As for leech, remember the WI uses a life leech gem. You can use that here too if you like in the place of WED but I only do that in elemental reflect maps. Also remember to use slower projectiles for bosses.

Guys another thing: the build and passive tree on the first page is not outdated right? Cause they are saying me that rare gloves are not BYS for howa builds... the unique one are the best? Are they just wrong?

dude, it depends on what rare gloves you've got. as for me i change shaper's touch to rares and back. depends on situation, mods and other stuff

I've got 32k dps with GMP with just over 1k int, 8.2k ES. I really do think Shaper's Touch is BiS because it absolutely removes any need for accuracy on gear, I think I'm at 93% chance to hit or something ridiculous, and it will only get better, as 1k int isn't actually a lot for this build.

I'm wondering if there are any sorts of damage benchmarks to be able to do guardians + shaper? I'm still progressing through maps but the damage seems good already, although idk how good.

I'd say all of your gear could use an upgrade. It's not terrible or anything but you can certainly get much better depending of course of your budget.
The build is very strong and can easily defeat an boss in the game. But that also depends on your ability and knowledge of the fight. A good player can do it with what you have right now. I'd say get about 150-200 more intel and you'll be set for shaper.

Yup, everything could use an upgrade, I've got a few exalts on me and am currently looking at more suitable belts and boots. The rings were given to me by a friend and are just placeholders until I can get something better, but those definitely need an upgrade as well. All my gear is kind of in limbo atm, it's not terrible but it's not great either. Juggling resists is sort of difficult when I have to replace a lot of things at once, so I'm trying to take it slow.

Do you have suggestions as to what I should upgrade from most needed to least needed? Rings definitely need to get replaced, perhaps the boots as well since their ES is pretty low?
