I am fairly new to the game I currently have 450 to 500 hrs of gameplay thru steam, and I am fairly sure there are no rules in-terms of trading ive never seen one or never heard of one. I also have tried doing that leaving the offer at the end, the seller(s) also gets offended when i show up in their H.O with the amount of my offer without em reading the PM carefully.

I guess the lesson of this discussion is READ PROPERLY IT DOESNT MATTER WHERE THE OFFER IS WRITTEN whether its in front middle or at the end READ CAREFULLY otherwise its not the buyers fault(I am fairly sure every PoE player can read).

And don't accuse someone of something you clearly aren't sure if thats what they're trying to do.

No, there are no real rules.
You are doing something unethical by modifying the middle of the message.
If you made it clear, like putting the real price and your asking price, there would be no confusion.

But since you are knowingly being unclear about this, the seller can only conclude that you are trying to take advantage of him/her. It makes perfect sense for them to consider you a scammer and a dick in general.
I would think the same way about you if you sent such a message, since you are purposely being unclear about this.

I am not quiet sure how unclear is it by removing "Listed for" is, seriously it isn't that hard to read and understand words. Hell if you can't understand simple sentences like that well you or that person probably needs a translator.

Not to mention people who are trying to buy my stuff pm's me the same way I pm-ed this guy, and I dont find it inappropriate or rude in anyway (oh yah I forgot cause I can read).

Yes, it is inappropriate and rude. I am unsure how you cannot see it, but I guess that is just you.
This is like saying, you went into a shop (seller), and you change their tag price with your own marker. You call this your "offer".

Not much more is said about this. I guess you like being an unpleasant person.
