FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE

I am experiencing this problem on the Washington DC server and the Texas server, which are the only two with any capacity to play the game at a reasonable speed for me. Please fix this, hopefully at least before the next expansion. Thank you.

I am experiencing this issue for the Washington and Texas servers as well. This has been a non issue for me until today and I have been playing this game since 2013.

Also experiencing this on washington and texas servers. Running DX9, and I have verified integrity of game files.

Contacted Tech support through email. Was suggested I turn off my firewall. I did that. It seemed to fix the problem temporarily, however I started getting different connective symptoms. Now I am just crashing to login after a screen freeze. I have tried all 3 servers near me. Washington, Texas and California. I was not experiencing anything like this before today. I encourage everyone who is having these symptoms to post on this thread so we can get to the bottom of this.

Same thing is happening to me. It was fine a couple days ago but over the last 2 days every time I try to use a portal or a zone screen it freezes and then it gives a failed to connect to instance screen. Obviously something has changed in the last couple of days because this wasn't a problem earlier. Please fix this or give us a work around.

Same here failed to connect to instance on both Washington and Texas. I've not had a problem until very recently. something has changed on GGG's end. Any ideas???

Same issue here. I get disconnected like every 2-3 minutes and the latency is horrible. switched to cali server and still bad. i rushed to pick up a divine orb before i got crashed 30 seconds later.

But a Issue for sure with DC and Texas servers..

Getting this for 3 months on Sao Paulo server. I'm getting this even on beta.

I can't even play the 2 week race because of this ongoing issue. FML.
