FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE

I see that there is a thread started for this issue, so I thought I would offer support for this thread. I have just recently started to play PoE here recently, about 3 weeks ago, is when I really started. I have played before, and really never got into it. Now I think it is the best game out, after the fact, that I have actually figured it out.
Now, since the 23rd of December, I have been getting the,"Failed to connect to instance" message. I am not doing anything like those high end maps, nor doing thing of importance, that a disconnecting episode happens now and then. The fact of the matter, that I have decided to go a little balls deep into the game, and invest in some tabs, here or there, and WAS thinking of getting a little something for my characters looks, maybe later - like the 1st of the month, since that is when I get paid, with this continuing issue, I am thinking twice about even staying. I am looking threw the forums for post from admins, or from this company, and it looks like that the holiday season is keeping them from their responsibility of providing service for their costumers, and clients of PoE. I completely and fully understand that this is a Free to Play game, and I REALLY do appreciate all of the efforts of GGG, of keeping this game alive, and lively for as long as it has been out, unlike that other company that promised something, that they NEVER implemented in the game (Blizzard #Diablo 3). Now that this issue has been reported on the forums, could you, GGG - please, for the love of PoE, please look into this ASAP, and possibly notify us, that you are at least looking into this problem. Please do not take the issue, and make it into another,"Its YOUR computer" issue. I can rest assure you, that it is not my personal computer, internet connection, nor anything, but something, that your servers and such is causing this issue, some where. I know, that I am not, and these people that have reported the issue, are not the ONLY ones having this issue. Having the same issue with the Washington server. Get failed to connect to instance almost immediately, either entering town after login or entering my hideout. Has made the Washington server completely unplayable for me. This issue started about a week ago.
On the bright side, after switching to the Texas server I have had no issues with failed to connect to instance. Until this issue gets addressed I guess I have to live with the ping loss. | |

I switched to California Server with 80-90ms not an issue for me and my internet tbh but didn't dc with in half hour of playing. so maybe you guys hsould try to the california server for those that are in washington server.

Having the exact same issue. Every now and then when on a loading screen I get kicked out of an instance. It's been particularly shitty since half of the time happens when loading into a map (wastes a portal) or on a lab run.
Hope you have any idea of what it's causing this. |

Hello there, I had the same issue.
Bad thing is I just played The vinktar Square map (BSC league), which is not cheap... So flask with price about 1ex is gone. :( Server was Frankfurt. Please GGG can you help us as? There is my log

" This is why I posted as well. This issue has been going on for long enough with NO response from GGG what so ever which is simply unacceptable in my book. For most cases its annoying but not that huge of an issue. You drop when you try to tp back to hideout from map or something and at most you lose a portal. What about all those other issues now? What if you had shavs on ground and had one tp left? What if your in middle of lab? What if your doing shaper or in a full party or any of another 100 issues that completely screws you over. I would be 100% better if GGG would just post saying they know about the issue and they are working on it. Wish I could refund my supporter pack I bought from them this league. Weeks of no comment does not inspire me to support them. |

Well i know i emailed them about an incident and they said because of the holidays they are backed up catching up on Technical Issues that were sent in. If not solved then get back jan 5th. so it's not that they aren't doing anything they are just busy from holiday issues.
