I'm not very impressed with this build. It's not economical as the OP stated. It's very squishy and the damage is meh. Any sort of upgrade for me at this point is ridiculously expensive. Spoiler I think you should buy a decent 6l chest, with 7 ex budget you are definitely going to fight something. Also I think this build can use Choir of the Storm even without using skyforth by just equipping the Valyrium Ring and then maybe using some jewels with resistances if needed. Reason I think that it isn't the best option to do is for a couple reasons. First, we need to use Herald of Lightning over Herald of Ice. Herald of Lightning brings more damage to your Blade Flurry. Now why does that matter for Call of the Brotherhood? It is due to the lightning to cold effect that happens which further scales our damage by giving our cold damage a higher max hit (cold damage usually has the lowest max hit out of all the three elements in terms of items/heralds) So this becomes a very strong and guaranteed way to freeze/chill bosses which provides a heavy form of mitigation/avoidance. Hopefully that makes sense but overall you gain a much larger scale from using Cotb and Herald of Lightning over a rare ring and HoI. choir is just better than astra for dmg, but yeah you really should use the stun amu or a valyrium ring to get rid of stuns... Astra: the damage is highly underwhelming compared to the crit, 50% increased lightning damage on crits and the fact this amulet gives you anywhere from 169%+ crit to your claws pretty much sets in stone its place as the best amulet for this build. Only way I see this amulet being beaten is by some god tier legacy standard Talisman. tbh im about to buy 80% avoid gettting stunned boots enchantment so there's the stun issue. about the cotb, idk mby its some hidden effect im not aware of but what i think it does it it makes the effect of HoI and while im using both HoI and HoT i dont see why i should use cotb (im not using purity of elements) About the choir, i still dont get what i have to do with that amy, i need to be at 74% l.res to make it work or what?
