Well considering you can up the charge gain to 2 try only pressing your Vinktar every 40 Seconds and look how that goes. People might find new ways to attain incredible amounts of leech but it gets harder without that very easy an obvious way. Maybe we see BV Berserkers next.

Also BV damage went down for very little charges. 8% less at 10 and I think about 12 or so at 5 charges.

I will not rest untill any type of " Cast on whatever teh fuck" is removed from the game or nerfed to the point of no return .
