Additions and Improvements to Map Mods

look at the terrible effect (IIR/IIQ) those mods have on maps.

and GGG has NERFED map drop chance to hell... so many 100+% iiq maps last league with 0 or 1 map drops total, and lucky if the maps weren't -3+ tiers below map level.

of course, we all know the game would be no fun if players had maps to run...so it's a win, right!????

Old versions of the "of Stasis" mod prevent Life and Mana Regeneration. New versions that are rolled will also prevent Energy Shield regeneration.


yay more map mods that prevent entire builds from running content. so when are we getting an ES recovery flask to compensate the same way life builds do?

Wow that's EXTREMELY dumb.

Life builds have pots. As an ES build without VP this is literally unplayable, yet the atlas wants you to vaal maps.

What?

Still no new league mechanics on map mods? No synergistic map mod bonuses? And the flask charges mod will only really affect builds that get flask charges normally. BV Pathfinder and the like will still have max charges at all times.
