I think I've figured what's causing this. @dudiobugtron is in the right.
Removing splash, on first hit I gain 2 charges, due to flicker and vengeance igniting, second hit also gains charge.
Also seems like server-side splash from flicker is ran after the main hit of flicker and vengeance are ran o_O. That's why I was able to get 3 charges in one frame.

Vengeance can't be supported by either Melee Splash or Multistrike :P

(Vengeance is the AoE one, so Melee Splash can't affect it)

Oro's sacrifice gives charges per skill activation, and melee splash/multistrike will NOT give more than one charge, splash is instant and is another "hit" but from the same skill activation. It "shouldnt" give more charges and it never did on my tests.


Here you get charges instantly before the flicker. So you gain 3 charges with one visual hit (vengeance). Maybe there is a cwdt BV proc, but BV is not an attack, no charges.

It shouldnt be possible unless you steal charges... or warden's brand overlaps and grants a third frenzy?








Oh wait, sorceress? it's the elemental prolif from elementalist: beacon of ruin! the prolif is triggered by an attack, it's not a bug, so you gain a frenzy per prolif.
after the vengeance it's proliferated atleast two times. So atleast two charges?
Yeah look like it's the solution: vengeance prolif. It could be an acception to the one frenzy per skill activation "rule" because the ignite keeps the attack tag and is not vengeance itself. Maybe a bug, maybe not.

This is False, Oro's will give you a Frenzy charge PER Ignite, not one per skill activation.

The video attached is of my Oro flicker Strike Raider. 10 Frenzy charges.

My first flicker strike, No multistriek with Melee Splash. No Blood Rage, I gain 5 Frenzy's.

I have a 91% chance to Ignite. With Multistrike I gain 10 Frenzy charges Instantly.
