Well idk why you are crying about hp and being unable to reach high lvl with this build. I'm lvl 88 atm with this build and got 4,2k hp, i rarely die in maps (I also playing this game for like 3 weeks now, this was my 2nd build). You gonna clutch like everything in 1-3 hits and got an instant hp leech. Avoid reflect maps, reduced armor maps, use armor flask, play smart and stop trying to facetank everything like a retard. There is always a con in builds which has to be compensated by the player itself.
