What is the point of cyclone chest setup for assassin? does the second discharge proc when you shield charge?

Is this build expensive? I dont have much currency right now, but wanting to play smth except mortem morsu ST assasin. How much chaos should i have at the very beginning of this build?

It's pretty easy to do the maths:

2017-03-19 prices. ex:c 75:1

Cospri's malice - 50c
voll's devotion - 1.7ex (100/115c)
voll's protector - 4ex (300c)
death;s door - 2ex (140c)
Helmet - Not to consume - 3ex (225c)
Helmet - discharge damage - 15c
Belt - 50es + 1 max charge - 15-40c

That's without shield/boots/gloves, which would cost at least another 150c if we're talking about decent gear. + rings.

So overall at least 600c, w/o shield,boots,gloves, rings
800c with no consumption enchant.
+ vinktar's 75-90c.
+ somewhat decent accesories 150c.

We end up spending from 840c (11ex), to 1060c (14ex)

Sorry if this doesn't look accurate for some people, mainly due to shield/gloves/boots/rings evaluation. This was simply done from my point of view:P.

so it is ok to run without stun immunity if u go for Rumis Dying Sun Vinktar Quicksilver and Diamond Flask?

or should i drop Rumi/Quicksilver for Kiara's

Not sure if this has been asked but does immortal call consuming endurance charges mess up discharge at all?

Also is death's door BiS for boots or a good pair of ES boots?

u get endurance charges some resist str and bleed immunity from Deaths Doors

otherwise could be hard to run few unique potions since u would need another flask with bleed immunity

Is Taste of Hate good on this build or does the extra cold damage screws up EE?

i think that u are using cold to get lower resist for ur discharges what are lightning and fire, so it should work

I did run with boots enchants for stun immunity.

Not really. You won't notice it since you're discharging ~4x a second, generating endurance charges 4x a second.

There's some debate about this. For survivability you're better off with a good pair of ES boots but QoL and damage, death's door are BiS.
