[outdated] King of the Forest (Crit version)

Great build. Got decent items now. Sitting at 6k life at lvl 90. Up to the expensive upgrades now (2barrage devoto's and vulnerability snakebites). Which one should I get first. Or do you see other upgrades I should do first.

Guys, I have about the same gear that OP has, but why is my dmg sooo low compared to his? My LA i only 15k dps unbuffed compared to his 19k, and I also took the heartseeker cluster (crit chance + multi) that he didnt.

Well to start with you don't have the 2 added barrage projectiles in your helmet. Getting level 20 and 20 quality gems will also increase your DPS and if you can afford it, get some better gems. 4 Stat gems with life, projectile damage, attackspeed with bows and another stat of your choice will further increase your DPS. You should also look at getting more increased % Chaos damage on one of your rings and your amulet as that is the majority of the damage on the lightning arrow.

The cheapest option is to probably get % Chaos damage on your rings and amulet. Then probably the added arrow on the drillneck (about 8 Exalts). Also upgrading your flasks, get an Atziri's promise and Witchfire Brew to increase your Chaos and poison damage, they aren't that expensive.

What should I do against Chaos Resisit bosses? I feel so weak when I got an enfeeble curse and the boss has chaos resisit.

The only real issue is poison imunne monsters
Everything else - easy. But you can increase your chaos damage (and poison too) with spell totem + wither

Is this bow efficient for playing this build, or Reach is a better option ?

You are forced to use GMP, that gives you 26% less proj damage
And you are lost slower projectiles gem, that gives to you 29% more proj damage
Maybe, this bow is pretty similar to the current Reach, but, I think, it still would be worse than the legasy one with good rolls

Here is my version of the dual curse KoF build, but, without Queen of the Forest unique ^^


Not ideal gear, have a lot to improve (quiver, helmet, jewelry and jewels. Maybe switch boots to Atziri's step for more Eva or Brineroth Whalers for more damage), but it already works very well :)
For easy maps or mods I'm switching Arctic Armour for Haste aura. Not all my jewels have life mod, so now I have ~5400 health, ~45% evasion chance and overcapped resists

And the current tree at 89 lvl

Planned tree for 100 lvl
Damage is already more than enough, so I decided to focus more on the life nodes.

So hm, i'm lvl 87 atm, still missing the phys weakness corruption on the gloves and the barrage on helm, could i do uber lab by now? got 5.7k hp atm.

You do see 9.3crit and 36% multi ?

How mucch crit does legacy Reach have? :)
