it's been too long since the last one. starting with a voltaxic build, while I recently found one in essence and I now feel obliged to do a build with it, feels eerie tho :P I'd have one little suggestion for you guys. Did this build last season with reach of the council. I also had +2 projectiles on helm and quiver. I played as raider for the maximum attack speed with max frenzy charges. firing about 12 arrows + 2x Volley Fire at about 5-6 attacks second. It was glorious. Feel free to check it out.
