theres actually 3 times.
- one is during one of the bonus unlockable flashbacks in the last spector
- another is before he was a gentleman and wore his red costume from before he was a professor (a technicality but still)
- the final one is in professor layton VS pheonix wright (altho this was never in english, or atleast is not yet, so i guess its another technicality)

- on a extra final extreme technicality, during the mask of miracles (not out yet) they released a scene about his childhood before he becomes a archaeologist where he is not a gentleman. (he is not mean, but he just acts normal, and not like a gentleman.)

-he left for Akivir for a reason we do not know
- note that there is also a person named nerevarine who is in skyrim, there are some quests to meet him, but you learn he is not the nerevarine of morrowind.

all i know is the SNCB NMBS is some travel group. i get what your asking is : The SNCB is never (dot dot dot)? but i dont know much farther then that. (be fair now, i deserve atleast a half point there, im natively english after all)
