Severe Server Problems

come on GGG, it's already a week i cannot play,
stuck at loading screen forever

Was this ever fixed?

im getting killed and cant get any exp cause im either getting disconnected or lagged out died in uber so many times like this is there any way i can get less lag ?

I was getting stuck and being sent back to login screen whenever I used a portal scroll, or pretty much doing anything that goes to the transition screen. Plus it was going really slow and freezing alot. But I tried this and it worked. My computer is 32 bit, so DirectX 11 was not able to run right. Go into Options and switch back to DirectX 9. I have been playing uninterrupted for hours.

I just want to say something positive to GGG while I'm waiting to be logged in.

Thank you for consistently offering us players new content to keep the game interesting. I have NEVER seen advertisements (for the purpose of drawing income), I've never felt like paying players are greatly favored. I feel like you guys are doing as much as you can to handle the new league problems (which are going to be bigger the more changes you make).

I don't know this with certainty, but I believe that opening temporary servers is costing you money. For a game which for me, is completely free. So you're making sacrifices for me. Thank you very much for that. I will gladly, patiently, wait to be logged in so I can enjoy the amazing new content you have made! Keep up the good work.

A word of caution (you have not ever done this, but other big companies are): beware of the rising taboo of microtransactions and mobile versions of PC games. Blizzard is a company I've loved for so long; with the Starcraft and Diablo games being revolutionary. As I'm certain you are aware, Diablo: Immortal has caused nothing but bad publicity for their company (I can't help but wonder if the content you guys made was a direct result; if so, BRAVO). Just bear that in mind. Stay awesome, and if you continue with the way you do things, you will ALWAYS exceed my expectations.
