PathOfExile.exe has stopped working

I got this after downloading the patch for 2.4.
I ran PackCheck.exe which did nothing. I still get it after redownloading the entire game. Last bumped on Sep 3, 2016, 7:49:03 AM

I'm on steam. I got this error as I was swapping wands 3 minutes into the game.
I restarted Steam and it's been re-updating path of exile for the past 5 minutes. |

Im getting the same problem. The game loads up but whenever the loading screen from zoning my character onto the server the client crashes. Tried it 10 times in a row now.
