On top of this huge ES pool we leech at an incredible rate, thanks to a combination of Physical to Lightning, Vessel of Vinktar and The Harvest! Leveling
Start with the left side of the skill tree. Try to follow the Energy shield version as closely as possible while leveling. At around level 70 you should be ready to switch to CI. If you do not have Vessel of Vinktar yet, use Vaal Pact with Warlords Mark, until you can get it. If you can't get a legacy version of Vessel of Vinktar, use the Vaal Pact version of the skill tree. For leveling, use Blade Vortex and Flame Totem, or any other spell you feel comfortable with Note - Remember to take Practical Applicatio, Alchemist and 30 Dexterity points in your skill tree
Skill Tree Video & Example
Pointers: 1. Achieve enough dexterity of gems. I have dexterity on my gloves, but you can get it on amulet and rings too. 2. Try to Cap all resistances on your boots, gloves, belt, 1 ring and jewel. This makes it easier to get a good helmet with an a useful enchant, and armor. 3. Get Intelligence on your gear. 4. For maximum DPS and Leech, use the same skillgems i do. 5. Because we are Inquisitor, most of our damage is not displayed in our DPS. Our real damage is much higher! 6. If you do not have Legacy Vessel Of Vinktar, use Vaal Pact. i have templar flame blast life base and i change this in level 93 but of course u can do this before soon as u get average gear and level 70 approximately | |

the gear is not so hard to get its cost without the Vinktar legacy flask and chest, 15 ex all the gear and its can be good with shield and dagger also u can do this in cheap version can be self found | |

until level 70 i don't recommend to begin with ci until level 70 try to take life and ci and the little bit dps point the but the idea is to be life and ci and u can use more skill u fill with them better like in my opinion flame totem is best for leveling and u can look there lots of guide for leveling try to stay in the way of my skill tree end soon as u accept harvest and same es gear u can do the change at least level 70 good lack for u

in the end the build is extremely good its pure dps because always crit and tons of hp i almost level up to 95 and i will update boss of atlas

assassin mark its the best cures with inquisitor .
if u can't buy Vessel of vinktar its good way to begin but after its gives u just 2% leach and the poition Vessel of vinktar gives 30% and more point on skill tree |
