Blade Vortex in 2.4. why i see it as BUFF instead of nerf

And your opinion is contradictory: easy to keep 50 stack while not even 100% 20 stack up time?

What acendancy class is used for bladevortex in 2.4?
Honestly the nerf on boss damage is pretty massive and even with the added investment you are very unlikely to be able to compensate for the damage lost. That doesn't mean the skill is unplayable.

Basically the skill does 35% less damage (and it was not hard to keep 50 stacks on almost any boss out there) if you had 0 flat damage added. If you had flat damage the damage loss is even higher.
It might be somewhat of a buff to clearing since we can stack even more phys and spell on the tree since we wont need duration as much but boss's... Well it was a HUGE nerf... Still gonna be a great clearing skill but you might wanna think of something else when it comes to boss downing..

And when in doubt, slot in bladefall and get back to reckting stuff.

ya its a buff for general clearing.

the skill was absurd at high stacks anyway. I generally build chars with the same principal, I aim to hit the same ballpark defense figures/layers, use roughly the same level of gear. Almost every char I make, any skill, it ends up somewhere between 70k and 150k dps. My bladevortex caps at 40/41 stacks, and at that point its doing 900k dps... er...

I think its a rly good change for the skill.

well to make 20stacks we all agree its not a problem the rison why you lose stacks when you hit those 50 is just because you waste to mutch time to cast them, before 50 stacks and now 20 but dmg is boosted if my calculation is not wrong at this point 20stacks is equal to 36stacks of old blade vortex and that dmg lost on boss fight can be easy coverd or even get more since you can remove som "cast" gems, by my opinion in worst scenario that gem will have the sime kill speed as before on boss fight and its obviously buffed on trash clear

edit: but we will see once the league start :) i will defenetly give it a shot
