I actually first attempted it with trickster, but it's too hard to get a decent crit chance with Hyaon's. You have to drop a support gem for increased critical strikes, and it still has less base crit than 5 power charges assassin with deadly infusion. (6.9 vs. 7.5) And then you miss out on 100% more crit chance against enemies on full life from Ambush.

The main reason to go trickster would be to reserve all your mana, so you could drop essence worm and gain a ring slot, but I don't see any net dps gain from it.

As for whirling blades just link it to blood magic and it's also effectively free.

if i dont have culling strike on my weapon. is it better to get assassinate first over deadly infusion?
cus atm i dont think i can do uber labs yet.

nah, just link your golem or whirling blades to culling strike. Deadly infusion is too good to pass up.

Since 2.0.0, Enduring cry is no longer a spell but a warcry. Thus, it canno't be triggered by CWDT. What would you recommand we grab instead of Enduring cry?

P.S. It's my first time playing POE ever and I love this build. Now that i better understand the mechanics of the game I can properly play the build but I'm still missing game knowledge to find a substitute gem for enduring cry myself that will greatly benefit this build.

Well, you can still self-cast enduring cry. I don't personally think it's worth the hassle for th e12% physical damage reduction (if you have 3 charges) but some people do.

Otherwise, for a CWDT setup I just use CWDT + enfeeble, there are some other good options as well, like CWDT + ball lightning + blind.

CWDT + Ball Lightning + Blind Support looks pretty interesting. What are the optimal gem levels I should use for every one of them? I assume the more CWDT pocs the more Ball Lightning we get which highly increases our blind support chance to proc. And then have a (Max) level Blind Support?

I'd just go level 1 cwdt, ball lightning at a level where it can still be triggered by said cwdt, and max level blind (as support gem doesn't matter for cwdt). that said i wouldn't pay for a 20/20 blind as quality/levels only give duration, not blind chance.

I'm having a hard time maintaining my frenzy charges,
Flicker strike seems to eat through the charges way too fast, and i have yet to equip the boots. Suggestions/thoughts?

Are you one-shotting mobs? If so then as long as you have blood rage running and HoT + CoH + Poacher's Mark going you shouldn't have any issues maintaining charges. Otherwise you can use a pair of blood dance boots temporarily, although your DPS will take a hit then.

I will post some more videos soon as I have started playing some of the 2.4 endgame content with this build. Have got 3 of 4 guardians down (hydra is a bitch for this build) and nearly completed atlas with it.
