Increasing gem quality

Any Spell, and stuff like Caustic Arrow and Explosive Arrow. Each Gem level is more than 10% of your base Damage.

OK, I should have thought of that. So that affects a lot of gems. I normally play melee so I tend to forget high fast caster gems scale.
That actually kind of sucks for those builds. With melee I might Q20 more than half my gems at the same time, and it still doesn't hurt me too badly. |

You completely missed out the point. Just simply level all your gems to level 20 and then vendor them to get maximum quality gems. That is how I accumulated my 100+ q20 gems....

Is there any different if I use GCP to a gem at lvl 1 or at lvl x? Does the quality apply better if I level a gem from lvl 1? |
