What does "viable build" mean for you?

If you can always keep improving and gradually conquer harder content then the build is viable.
If you hit a point of 'no matter what I do or how good my gear is' I simply can't keep pushing forward then it's not viable.

Can make it to merc Mali when being played my an unskilled player. In terms of my own builds the goal is at least 30k dps on a tank or something that nearly one shots bosses.

I dont what what a viable build is but i know how to know if a build is not viable ..

For me most of the time when a build becomes "meta" because of it's strength it's instantly not viable to play until after it gets nerfs.

Well, you named it all. ^^

Joke aside, a viable build does not need to be able to do everything you posted above but it shouldn't be too week too. Being able to run maps around tier 12/13 & killing Atziri normal & kill uber Izaro would be viable in my opinion.

Normal to Merciless in less than 6 hours, can farm the necessary bosses like Uber Izaro, full screen AoE, 95% crit, extremely high mobility aaand expensive enough to keep my goals going for the char for about 2 months into the patch/league and not suddenly finish the build and get bored just like that.

clears reds at run speed aka good enough that you won't be spamming the george meme on reddit

it's viable when playing it is more fun than reading global
