Could consider running culling strike, it doesn't cull since RF isn't a hit, but you do get the 0-38% increased damage bonus.

Gem tags are exclusively used to determine what item modifiers apply.
Culling is the basic functionality of the Culling Strike Support. Culling is an on-Hit effect, and thus cannot work with RF. Because the basic function of the Support cannot apply, it does not link up. A lot happens in two years time. Last edited by Vipermagi#0984 on Jul 30, 2016, 10:46:15 AM

Ok yeah I just went to test. Culling does not link to righteous fire. My bad, should have checked first instead of relying on past mechanics.
