Podesta being an Occultist (without the ES bonuses) is pretty much confirmed.

All of you could stop believing every bullshit you read. Respect yourselves. This is Obama is a muslim from Kenya on steroids.

For every actual damning thing (like that woman leaking questions from CNN) a lot of people believe like nine times more bullshit. It's embarrassing. That includes all the allegations of voting fraud out there.

What we have here is a person who says she's not a priestess of the occult, performing an occult ritual known as spirit cooking in public and saying it is art. Then, she invites Mr. Podesta to spirit cooking by email. Then, she says he wasn't there and they weren't performing any rituals.

So, in essence, of course nothing happened, because Marina Abramović says nothing happened. Good thing lies don't exist.

Not to defend the tremendous amounts of insanity the Trumpers are spewing at an ever-increasing rate (the Hillary witch hunts have gotten literal, for fuck's sake; these fuckwit Trumpers are taking us back to the Dark Ages), but there have been a few cases of voter fraud. As usual, though, it's such an absurdly tiny percentage of votes that it's statistically negligible. Plus, it's not a real problem because we have measures in place to detect it, which should be obvious even to Trumpers because we caught these people.

When you compare the statistically insignificant amount of voter fraud that occurs with the huge amount of people who get disenfranchised by voter ID laws, it's really obvious that the "cure" would only make the problem worse. The other problem there is that the vast majority of those who would be disenfranchised vote Democrat, which makes it really obvious what this whole "stop the voter fraud" crusade is really about in the first place.

Republicans can't win a fair fight, so they take whatever steps are necessary to cheat their way into a win. Here's a small selection of recent examples of the anti-America party being what it so obviously is:

North Carolina Is Engaging in “Insane” Jim Crow-Style Voter Suppression, Says Federal Judge

US appeals court blocks Arizona law making it felony to collect ballots, a win for Democratic get-out-the-vote effort

Trump Camp And NV GOP Ordered To Appear In Court In Voter Intimidation Lawsuit

There Are 868 Fewer Places to Vote in 2016 Because the Supreme Court Gutted the Voting Rights Act
This is why I trust the MSM - good old ABC in this case.

the NAACP sued several North Carolina counties for purging nearly 6,700 voters—most of them black Democrats—from the rolls. These purges were legal under a state law that permits any person to revoke any other person’s voting rights. The process is simple: An individual gathers mail that was returned as undeliverable, then challenges the voter registration of residents at those addresses. If those voters do not appear at a county board of elections or return a notarized form, their voting rights are nullified.
This seems fair to me. It's not like there is no process of appeal, and names at fake addresses is a real voter fraud concern.

2. The law passed by Arizona legislature banned the collection of mail-in ballots by door-to-door volunteers, while continuing to allow caretakers and family members to turn in mail-in ballots. That's a completely reasonable control against voter fraud.

3. "Poll watchers, poll observers, exit pollsters or any other similarly tasked individuals" are problematic. While I think government transparency is important, having a gaggle of men in Trump hats outside a voting location can be intimidating. I think it's important that watchers/observers within a certain distance be prohibited from political messaging, to include clothing, and that exit pollsters be forced outside that distance regardless of messaging. I'm not sure of all the details here, but some Trump supporters may be in the wrong here.

4. Gotta agree, that's stupid as fuck. Within each US Congressional District, the minimum should be 1 voting location per 10,000 people or fraction thereof.

---

I think there's something deeply racist about some of the media coverage. "This measure would help combat voter fraud, therefore it surpresses minority voters." So what, minorities now have an interest in voter fraud? I'd be offended if someone told me that asking me to provide an ID or be able to retrieve mail at my address was tantamount to discrimination against my skin color.

This looks like the original complaint filing:

https://www.scribd.com/document/329747608/NSDP-v-NVGOP-Boulware-Order-1#from_embed

The document doesn't list people wearing Trump hats, or carrying baseball bats or anything specific whatsoever.

It merely states "alleging present and planned intimidation of voters in the 2016 general election in violation of federal law"

That could mean that TrigglyPuff saw a white male watching the polls and felt intimidated. It could mean that a poll watcher sneezed and a democratic CTR lawyer was certain those flying mucous particles were intended to infect him.

Its too bad that cell phones that can video record don't exist in this timeline. Otherwise, there would be some video of this "intimidation" and it would already be showing on the hour every hour on ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN.

The immediacy of the judge's actions - contrasted with the lack of actions in other areas of the country where legal complaints have been filed - is a HUGE RED FLAG.

Now, if there is video proof of the alleged harassment (and where are the tweets from the voters about being harassed?) than it is another story.

Without some evidenciary proof, I'd believe it is more likely that Hillary is a Trump fan, secret;y working for Donald Trump's campaign, than it is likely that the judges actions in this case are merited.

The judges reacting to these voting CRISES seem to be responding only when the problem might harm Hillary's chances.

Not entirety. Jennik's #2 was very promptly taken to SCOTUS and overturned. No door-to-door ballot collecting; too bad for Americans United for Change.
