Step 2: Craft the belt. Step 3: use Iron Reflexes. Step 4: GJ Armour Scaling Step 5: get to level 70. Step 6: use Champion to get Permenet Fortify. Step 7: respect Iron Reflexes. Step 8: Get the Unique Belt. Step 9: GG E/A Scaling/Permenet Onslaught |

This looks like it has good potential. I've lately been considering an Armor/Evasion build so it's good timing for me. Lastly, I like the way Ziggy D's putting it out there for the population to participate in the creation. Well done.

Rooting for blind+bleed chance or 50% increased charge duration! The other 2 are not interesting.

Now this is one awesome belt right there!!!
Also using this with Iron Reflexes (should the numbers stay that way) the belt would give us nearly 700 flat armor, right? :P Good stuff! :) On thing suprises me ALOT tho: Why don't we have an elemental counterpart to the rustic belt? I suggest a belt with 16-24% ele.dmg. for casters. :) Trying to satisfy the whole PoE community is like telling a nymphomaniac to only have sex once in a week.
