Prophecy league need some tweaks for sure. It's not fun, or challenging - it's just tedious.
I've got "you gonna read some crappy lore and get scrolls" 3 times in a row yesterday. Backtracking just to drop - You'll encounter trash mobs at X is ... Rather disappointing. And that person that thought it was wise to scale prophecies on the level base is a good thing... Well lets just say he\she deserves to play prophecy league. Most backtracking experience ever. "Use your coins and get challenge" - global 2016-2016. Fun fact is - there's no challenge in this league. Period. Does anyone remember pre 1.3? Or beginning of Beyond league (pre-nerf)? That was challenging. It was bloody difficult to play, but fun as hell. In this league I'm just playing afk mode, most of the time not even paying attention to what's happening on the screen and just chatting. Which ultimately leads to my rips.

Point is - people need not the reward, they need challenge. A real one - not that bullshit lab trap non-sense or praise the RNG to get one. It's an ARPG, it's about the loot & challenge. We've got the first, give us the second please. This league should've been a part of other league with some modifiers to monster difficulty. That would've made it challenging IMO. " I belief that should never happen again. Rather release performance improvements during the end of a league and when everything works fine and as intended, release the new league. Can't imagine how new players that happen to start PoE because "hey, new league, let's get into this" feel when game is lagging and bugging out at every corner. My performance wasn't the best in the last two leagues but bad performance happenened in dependable intervals (rainy areas, cold-damage-shatter, Perandus mob -> slowdown). Now it's just random slowdowns all the time. Still need to experiment with -noasync -nopreload and stuff later.. but totally new players won't, they will just leave forever.
