If Vessel of Vinktar can exist in the game, I see no problem with Reach of the Council. Hell, I think they should buff the bow to 500dps just because.

The bow should be nerfed. Way to high pDPS for a free GMP build in with no real drawback.
They should change the bow to have reduced accuracy and attack speed and it would be good (-20% accuracy and attack speed instead of reduced arrow speed or even more). Otherwise it just brainless BiS item. |

Nothing wrong with 1 or 2 really powerful league-only uniques for each league in my opinion. It helps keep things interesting and gives a different type of incentive for the restart each league.
That being said, if you plan on getting one, I'd buy it soon. The price is continuing to climb, and will probably skyrocket once some streamer starts building with it. Not to mention with the faster-than-usual player number drop off in Prophecy (certainly is my least favourite league so far) where there will be less people farming for them or around to sell them soon. |

With this bow, you can get away with having having Mind of the Council + Lightning Coil as you defense anchor, while the rest of your gears is just on resistances and life. LA builds definietely going to love this. O_O
