No ppl are still living in the past like 3 patches ago and think CoC is be all end all in this game. You are fine. Miners who can farm HC uber from 90 to 100 are fine. etc. Well unless mathil has a build out there then everyone will copy it and they'll have to do something like voltaxic or shield charge lol.

I'd say you can bloody well bet that the twitchers are going to get a hold of it.

A few runs, a few twitch films of Uber kills, then: "This thing is too overpowered, GGG should nerf it".

That's the way it usually goes.

Only if it's made popular thankfully the streamers haven't cared about it.

RotC is retardedly overpowered but it will not be nerfed because neither Mathil or ZiggyD have made a featured videos on RotC bow builds yet.

Shield charge which is already nerfed once, and all the "suggested uniques" like great old ones shield and abyssus in mathil's shield charge guide have roughly doubled/tripled in price on prophecy.

ggg makes bad uniques "omg pls stop making vendor uniques"
ggg makes good uniques "omg this is so op ggg sucks at balancing"

FYI Reach's drop is deterministic from reports I've heard; kill the archer last, get the bow.

Knowing how often GGG mishandles top-tier uniques, it wouldn't surprise me if there is a mid-league patch that removes that feature and for economy balance reasons (read: moving the goalposts so regular players can't obtain the item, oops too bad the nolifers already cornered the market, that can't be helped).

I don't know man it looks like something Jay Wilson would have designed. Not very original IMO.
